Thank you for your interest in becoming Managing Consultant at MH&A.

We’re a fast-growing consulting firm that works with clients in and around the public sector to create exceptional outcomes – for our clients, their customers, and the communities they serve.  Founded in 2018 by Professor Matt Hamnett, our firm is defined by his focus on social impact, his love of complex and challenging work, and his high expectations.

As a team of over 25, we are active in the education and skills sector but also more widely working with clients in central Government, the wider public and private sectors on national policy, organisational and commercial strategy, investment, innovation, transformation, service delivery and diversification.

We also undertake a great deal of work on economic development – working with national, regional, and local Government clients to understand what places, communities and businesses need – and to design, mobilise and deliver initiatives that will directly impact social and economic indicators.

With continued growth and investment, including eight new starters in January, MH&A is a growing and successful consultancy. We are excited to hear from exceptional professionals, who are in a similar role and bring a level of understanding and knowledge in TVET.
